Ever since I was young, like many of you, I have been least interested about my well-being. At times I had junk food, followed unconventional way of lifestyle and even sometimes skipped my meals. Little did I know that de-prioritizing my breakfast could heed my future into health disasters. Do not recall the number of times I had visited medical professionals, with no substantial satisfaction. Indeed, conventional medicine has ruined my life than helped. At a later stage of my life, my interest in healthy living stemmed from both a desire and a need. Health issues led to cognitive declines, anxiety, loss of appetite, loss of confidence & self-esteem. Nobody was able to work with all of me: the whole picture of who I am as a physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional being. As a result, I wanted to be the type of coach that I wish I had on my health journey, which is what led to me to looking for a solution that blends my personal identity along with my lifestyle. Today, here I am – stronger and confident as ever to help you out, leveraging my past pitfalls, setbacks & experiences. I define it as working with the whole person and addressing the root of their pain points on the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional levels. This holistic approach helps you focus on all aspects of your life and move on to what I call mindful health: the synergistic relationship between mind, body, and soul. You can think of this conscious health trio like a tricycle: two wheels may work fine, but if the third wheel goes flat, you won’t get far. As such, you can be physically healthy and mentally strong, but if you don’t feel fulfilled mentally and like you have a purpose, you may start to feel like something is missing.
I have the mindset that for lasting outer change to happen, we must first address our internal landscape. I have witnessed time and time again with clients when most of them first come to me with the desire to change their diet or get in better shape and then gradually clear that they are looking for something more. Once people are open and willing to explore the deeper parts of themselves and what they find truly satisfying, outer change begins to magically happen.
When you get to know yourself authentically, you can identify what you truly want and make it happen. As I have witnessed firsthand with my clients, there is much personal growth and incredible transformation to be gained from working with someone else to tend to your mind, body, and soul. I`m of the mentality that in order for sustainable outer change to happen, we must first address our inner landscape. Once people open up and are willing to explore the deeper parts of themselves and what they find truly fulfilling, the outer change starts to occur in miraculous ways. When you truly know yourself, you can determine what you really want and realize it. Working with another person who cares for the mind, body, and soul of a client can lead to personal growth and extraordinary change.
