Hazna is a compassionate and experienced clinical psychologist and CBT specialist dedicated to helping clients improve their mental health, build resilience, and create meaningful change. With a warm, client-centered approach, she supports individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, and life transitions.

Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hazna works collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and promote lasting emotional well-being. Sessions are tailored to each person’s unique needs, creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for growth.
